You may have a staffing need as a result of extended sick leave by one of your own staff, maternity leave, holiday cover, pending the recruitment of a permanent employee, or in response to a requirement for specialist skills for a finite period of time. This might be during a change process for example, or the design and implementation of a new project or programme.
We provide interim/temporary/contract staff to our customers. Our charges are calculated on a daily rate basis, or part thereof. We have a pool of highly experienced personnel available who have been evaluated and assessed according to our usual standards. They will be fully briefed on the job content and context of your requirement prior to you meeting them and you confirming that their skills and experience are appropriate to your needs.
Our interim personnel are available for assignments of any duration, from days to months according to your requirements and the nature of the task to be undertaken.
