Home/Cloud  Based Contract Recruitment Consultants Required.

BiGG Group is a recruitment business focused on the Technology and Outsourcing sectors. We have been operating since 2006 providing both Senior Permanent and Contract or Temporary professional resources. We operate a cloud and home working business model, which empowers staff to work from home, but remain very much part of the work community through the use of technology. We also meet in the IOD in London for business reviews on a regular basis to ensure we build strong working relationships and leverage from our respective skills. The business turn over for the past 2 years has been between £1-2m and we have remained profitable cash positive since the company’s inception. The business is ambitious and pragmatic, in its drive for growth, reputation in the market and fun!
We require home based sales to develop the contract or temporary side of the business. An infrastructure, excellent resourcing support and back office is established. What we require is someone with drive, ambition and thirst for success to deliver high quality and qualified contract vacancies that can be sourced in collaboration with the dedicated contract resource team. You will be given access to and training on the CRM, together with all other systems and processes within the organisation which is accredited to ISO9001.

We require high energy, results driven applicants who thrive on success. You need self motivation and determination together with robustness to persevere when times are challenging. You will have experience in placing contract staff, probably on a contingent or ‘spot’ basis. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to build long term relationships quickly with people and be an excellent communicator both orally and in written form.
